Teamwork is essential for the correct functioning of a catering establishment. Coordination between chef, kitchen staff and bartenders is the key to success in any restaurant; without this joint work it would be impossible to offer the service clients deserve. Twelve people –cook, bartenders and the chef– make up the team of the La Viña bar and restaurant in Donostia-San Sebastian.
After many years working together, the coordination and skills acquired along all this time are the main guarantors of or success and quality. Without this teamwork, this group of people and the joint knowledge, La Viña would never have got to be what it is nowadays.
